The Role
As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of an existing temporary desk specialising in Driving recruitment.
You'll:

• Manage and develop an existing Driving desk
• Build relationships with existing clients and win new business
• Recruit temporary Drivers. 
• Source, interview and place quality candidates
• Fill bookings quickly while delivering a high level of service
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Play an important part in the continued growth of the branch

About You
To succeed as a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you'll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy developing business as much as delivering great service.
You'll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment agency experience
• A background in recruitment
• A proactive approach to business development
• Strong relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage a busy temporary desk
• A positive attitude and the drive to grow your desk
