As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a brand-new UK operation supporting an established US business, sourcing high-calibre candidates for exciting projects across the American market.

You don’t need previous recruitment experience. Full training is provided, and you’ll work closely with senior leaders in both the UK and US while helping establish an operation designed to grow at pace. Your responsibilities as Recruitment Consultant

• Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels, platforms and existing networks
• Screen and interview applicants to establish suitability for client requirements
• Build and maintain a strong network of talent across the US market
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintaining engagement and a high-quality experience throughout the process
• Work closely with UK and US leadership to understand requirements and identify suitable talent
• Contribute towards individual and office targets while helping establish the Northampton operation

What we’re looking for in a Recruitment Consultant

• Experience within talent delivery, internal resourcing, account management or business development would be advantageous but isn’t essential
• Confident communicating with and assessing high-calibre candidates
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines
• Experience working towards measurable targets or performance objectives
• Commercial awareness and the ability to build effective professional relationships
