Driver Hire Northampton is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people, is highly organised and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

As an integral part of our office, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding temporary drivers, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service to our customers across Northamptonshire.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with our recruitment and operations team to ensure we attract, onboard and support the best temporary driver candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
• Sourcing and attracting suitable driver candidates
• Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
• Arranging and conducting candidate registrations
• Completing compliance and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
• Building strong relationships with drivers and providing a positive candidate experience
• Supporting the team in filling temporary assignments

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will also have the opportunity to become involved in a wider range of activities, including:

• Marketing and social media
• Payroll administration
• Customer relationship management
• Business development support

This is a varied role, giving you the chance to develop a broad range of skills. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play an important part in the day-to-day success of the office while gaining valuable experience across different areas of the business.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is confident speaking with people over the phone and face-to-face
• Has strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Is IT literate and comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
• Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves as a Recruitment Resourcer.
