Job Description:

• Carry out high-quality TIG and MIG welding on aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium.

• Fabricate, weld and assemble precision components for motorsport, Formula 1, rally and classic racing cars.

• Manufacture bespoke motorsport components, including suspension-related parts, cooling systems, pipework, brackets and specialist assemblies.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to manufacture components to precise specifications.

• Carry out fabrication, fitting, cutting, shaping and finishing of various metal components.

• Work with thin-gauge materials and complex fabrications, maintaining tight tolerances and high standards of workmanship.

• Use specialist welding equipment, including TIG and MIG welders, purge chambers and brazing equipment.

• Carry out brazing and silver soldering where required.

• Work closely with machinists, designers and engineers to produce bespoke components and assemblies.

• Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with engineering specifications.

• Work on both one-off bespoke projects and small-batch production runs.
