Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Location: Northamptonshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £39,750 - £43,250 + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Supply Chain, Production or Materials Planner looking for your next challenge within a global manufacturing business?

We're working with a market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Planning Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring production plans, material availability and inventory levels are aligned to meet customer demand.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll have genuine ownership, work across multiple departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also offers clear long-term progression for the right individual.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand.

• Managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying supply risks.
• Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing teams.
• Analysing planning and inventory data to support business decisions.
• Driving process improvements, reducing waste and improving planning efficiency.
• Producing planning reports and KPI information.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:

• Production Planning
• Supply Planning
• Materials Planning
• Manufacturing Planning
• MRP / ERP systems
• Inventory management
• FMCG or Manufacturing environments

You'll also have:

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong analytical ability with good Excel skills.
• The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.
