Job Description:

Role: Property Finance Broker

Location: Northamptonshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, Full time

Salary: £26,000 per annum + commission 

Do you have commercial property experience? An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Property Finance Broker to join a growing team. 

Duties of a Property Finance Broker:

• Qualifying leads
• Contacting inbound enquiries to discuss their business requirements
• Outbound calling to businesses to offer solutions
• Attending and leading face to face meetings, trade shows and networking events
• Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
• Develop a strong pipeline.
• Retain customers by offering service reviews and always be looking to cross sell.

What we would like from you:

• 1-2 years previous experience within property Sales role 
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Customer service driven
• Ability to prioritise and self-motivated
• Must be a driver
