Location: Long Buckby
Pay: £14.00 per hour Days £16.25 per hour Nights
Job Type: Permanent
Shifts: Days OR Nights 8, 10or 12-hour shifts – You choose!

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a friendly, family-run business in Long Buckby.

This is a varied role working both indoors and outdoors, operating machinery, carrying out quality checks and supporting the wider production operation.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Carrying out regular quality checks
• Adjusting machinery settings via PLC panels
• Assisting with machinery changeovers and minor maintenance
• Completing basic production paperwork
• Keeping the plant clean and tidy
• Supporting yard and outdoor production activities
• Working closely with the Quality, Yard and Logistics teams
