Pay Rates:

LTD Day Drivers: £190–£220 per day
LTD Tramper Drivers: £225–£240 per day
PAYE Day Drivers: £43,000 per year
PAYE Tramper Drivers: £46,800 per year

Route 44 Logistics Ltd is looking for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) Day Drivers and Tramper Drivers to join our growing transport operation in Moulton Park, Northampton.

We offer regular Monday-to-Friday work, competitive rates and the opportunity to join a professional transport team operating a modern, well-maintained fleet.

The Role

• Class 1 (C+E) driving across the UK
• Scheduled collections and deliveries
• Daily vehicle and trailer checks
• Completing paperwork and PODs accurately
• Compliance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive
• Maintaining professional standards with customers
• Looking after company vehicles and equipment

Requirements

• Full UK HGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience preferred
• Good understanding of Drivers' Hours, WTD and UK road regulations
• Professional and safety-focused attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
