Counterbalance Forklift Driver

📍 Location: Desborough
💷Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour
🕑Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
⏰Hours: Full-time on temporary to permanent contract

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team on a permanent 2-10 shift.

This is a varied role where you will spend time operating the forklift and supporting the factory team when required. We are looking for someone who is happy to take a hands-on approach and work as part of a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Loading and unloading materials.
  
  
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and factory.
  
  
• Supporting factory and production operations when required.
  
  
• Carrying out manual handling duties.
  
  
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area.
  
  
• Following all health and safety procedures.
  
  

Requirements

✅ Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
✅ Previous FLT driving experience
✅ Willingness to get off the truck and assist with factory duties
✅ Good attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Team player with a flexible approach
