Finance Assistant

If you’re an enthusiastic and organised team player with a keen eye for detail, we may have the role for you. We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to support our wider finance team with day-to-day financial processes and administration.
Join Northamptonshire Arts Management Trust and be part of a collaborative team supporting the smooth running of our theatres. From invoices and payments to month-end prep, you’ll help ensure our finances are accurate, efficient and well-organised in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose:
Provide hands-on assistance to the Finance Manager and support to the Finance Team to ensure a quality service is being provided to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the day-to-day workings of the Finance Team enabling improved business performance through accurate recording of financial information.

Additional Information
Hours of work: 30 hour per week over a minimum four or five days (working pattern to be agreed with successful candidate)
Salary: £19,828 - £21,050 per annum (FTE £24,454 - £25,962)

• Computerised integrated accounting systems preferably Exchequer
• Technical knowledge of correct purchase ledger operation
• Computerised sales ledger
• Understanding and appreciation of performing arts and entertainment
