Coba Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Wellingborough and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, coaches, teaching assistants, or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking for flexible and rewarding work.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
• Support students with their learning throughout the lesson
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Liaise with school staff regarding lesson outcomes

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Confidence leading groups of students
• A professional, adaptable and proactive attitude
• A genuine interest in education

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
• References covering the last two years
