Job Description:

Senior Associate / Junior Partner – Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Salary: £60,000+ DOE
Experience: 5+ years PQE

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor at Senior Associate or Junior Partner level to join a growing team. The role is corporate-led, although candidates with a strong commercial background and the ability to develop and grow a corporate practice will also be considered.

You will work closely with the Head of Team, playing a key role in business development, client relationships and the continued growth of the department.

The existing team comprises 2 Partners, 3 Solicitors (including a Trainee) and 1 Paralegal, providing a supportive and collaborative environment with genuine scope for progression and partnership.

Key requirements:

• 5+ years PQE in Corporate/Commercial law

• Strong corporate experience preferred

• Commercial experience considered where there is clear potential to develop a corporate portfolio

• Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development and client growth

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ambition to progress towards partnership
