We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Main Dealer in Northampton for the position of Aftersales Manager. Duties of the Aftersales Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and warranty
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through high standards of service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability
• Manage, motivate, and train a team of aftersales staff to achieve departmental goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports

Requirements of the Aftersales Manager:

• Proven experience in an aftersales management role within the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth understanding of automotive aftersales operations
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards of service delivery
• Full UK driving license
