Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a genuine difference to their day-to-day learning?

Simply Education are currently recruiting for multiple 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant positions within an infant setting in Wellingborough.

These roles are supporting children with EHCPs and high SEN needs, including children with autism and limited communication.

This is not primarily a behavioural support role. The focus is on providing consistent, nurturing and individualised support to help pupils access learning and feel confident within the school environment.

• 1:1 support for a child with an EHCP
• Supporting communication and engagement
• Helping children access classroom activities
• Working alongside the class teacher and wider SEN team
• Supporting personal care where required
• Helping develop independence and confidence

Patient and nurturing
